Domain
The Water Magic Domain deals with all things aqua. It deals with, well, water, that essential liquid that all life needs to sustain itself.
Water Magic is, surprisingly, very strict in what it considers valid to be manipulated; it must be water and water-based. This means they cannot manipulate fluids like blood or very dense air. They can only deal with things that have water as a base.
With that being said, all Water Magic Storkatten deal with one basic element:

Alternate Domain I
Water now receives some murky color additions - finding attunement in swamps and other mischievious-sounding locales. Water Storkies with these eye colors may find themselves more suited to bogs, marshes, and swamps, and may enjoy water companions that frequent those locales as well; such as frogs, crocodiles, and newts.

- Able to hold their breath underwater for far longer than a normal Storkatten.
- Manipulating the water content in the air to make it rain.
- Being exceptionally good at crafting drinks, such as coffee or tea.
- Finding stores of water where there are otherwise none in sight (such as the desert, or underground)
- Summoning water to help clean wounds
- Quenching fires that get out of hand.
- Sailing the open seas, and nautical navigation.
- Navigating and understanding emotions, which can be as fluid as water.
- Grief therapy, and navigation of emotions that often lead to tears.

Those with Water magic have bright blue eyes. This pupil should be round, and darker than the iris. The sclera should be white, unless the trait Dark Sclera is present.
When Albinism is present, Water's palette shifts towards pale blues and blue-purples. The pupil should be round, and darker than the iris. The sclera should be tinted a light blue.
When Melanism is present, Water's hues change to blues so dark that they're almost black. The pupil should be round, and darker than the iris. The sclera should be pure black, or a near-black blue.

Leveling Guide
Novice: Default Level
As a Novice Water magician, you can manipulate tiny amounts of water, such as raindrops, very small puddles, and tiny glasses of water. Your ability to hold your breath underwater is still comparable to that of a normal Storkatten. You are still getting the grasp of your element.
Access to the Divine Accessory Minor Magic Expression
Advanced: Unlocked at 40 MP
As an Advanced Water magician, you can now manipulate larger amounts of water; groups of raindrops, larger puddles, and up to one gallon of water. Your ability to hold your breath underwater is longer than that of a normal Storkatten; you can hold it for about 1.5x as longer. You're starting to grasp the basics of your element.
Adept: Unlocked at 80 MP
As an Adept Water Magician, you can manipulate significant amounts of water, turning the tides of rainstorms. You can redirect the current of slower rivers and can manipulate up to ten gallons of water with Hydrokinesis. Your understanding of how water works on a fundamental level is solid. Your ability to hold your breath underwater is over three times that of a normal Storkatten. You are beyond your average peers in Water magic.
As a leveling reward, claim a water-themed companion to join you. Fish, crustaceans, amphibians, and aquatic mammals are all acceptable.
Master: Unlocked at 120 MP
As a Master Water Magician, the amounts of water you can manipulate are massive. You can stop rainstorms in their tracks; or cause them if you choose. Rivers bend to your will, and you can manipulate entire ponds of water if you choose to. You can significantly hold your own against a tsunami or massive wave, if you so choose to. Your understanding of water, on a fundamental level, is nearly unparalleled. Your ability to hold your breath underwater is tenfold of a normal Storkatten. You are what many Water Storkatten strive to be.
As a leveling reward, claim a Gift or Accessory from the Water Paragon.

Unlocked at Adept, as soon as your Storkatten first begins earning MP. They may have small patches of fur made of water, covering up to 20% of the design. Your Storkatten may have glowing eyes. Master Magic Expression Unlocked at Master, when your Storkatten has reached 120 MP. They may have small patches of fur covered in water and one body part made of water, covering up to 50% of the design. Paragon Magic Expression Unlocked at Paragon. Your Cat can breathe underwater! The length of time your cat can breathe underwater is determined by the level of their Water Magic.
Novice - Ten minutes / Advanced: 1 Hour / Adept: 1 Day / Master: A month / Paragon: Your cat never has to breathe air again if they don't want to.
Deadly Downpour
Your Cat can unleash a torrent of water that's neverending, allowing them to exceed in combat more than the average Water Magic Storkie.
Bound to Water Magic Level, applies flat bonuses to Tournaments.
